Policies

I understand that the look of the final groom is largely dependent on hair coat and behavior. If my pet is displaying aggressive or inappropriate behavior, is a danger to themselves or the groomer that I will be informed by MPG, the service will be stopped, and a training/behavior plan will be implemented. I understand that I am responsible for the time invested in my pet including all services performed.

I understand that if I’m am dissatisfied with my grooming, I will inform MPG at time of pick up after receiving a final photo of my pet before pick up as well. I understand that once I take my pet from the salon no changes will be made. I understand if I decide that I dislike something about the groom after getting the pet home, I will inform MPG at my next appointment and all desired changes will be implemented to the best of MPG ability.

I understand that MPG is appointment only and I am expected to show up at my appointment time and if I am 15 minutes late or more I will be expected to reschedule by appointment and the missed appointment fee must be paid before I can schedule another appointment.

MPG incorporates the use of fear free techniques, so please bring your pet hungry and if there are any dietary restrictions, please notify MPG.
